Stairothon 3.0 is South India's signature stadium stair-climbing marathon. Designed for fitness enthusiasts, stair climbers, crossfit athletes, and corporate teams, Stairothon re-imagines the iconic grandstands of Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium as a vertical sports arena.
Stair climbing is recognized globally as one of the most demanding and efficient cardiovascular sports. Unlike flat road marathons, stair climbing activates glutes, quads, calves, and core musculature simultaneously while testing endurance across stadium tiers.
